Terms of Service

Green Room Analytics provides technical audio analysis and producer feedback for artists, including reviews that may be delivered live on stream. Feedback is subjective and educational; it is not a guarantee of commercial success, placement, distribution, audience growth or a particular review score. AI-assisted feedback may be inaccurate and should be checked by the producer.

Availability and review timing depend on the queue and stream schedule. A queue tier is not a guaranteed delivery time. Public submissions currently display “Submissions open soon.”

Per-track reviews are Standard $4.99, Priority $7.99 or VIP $9.99, charged once in USD. Unlimited costs $20/month and provides Priority-level access subject to the fair-use limits shown at submission. Any applicable taxes and the final total are displayed at checkout before payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers. You authorize the payment selected at checkout; when live subscriptions are offered, recurring charges renew monthly until cancelled. We will disclose applicable price changes before they take effect.

You can cancel Unlimited anytime using the billing-management option in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a current period. See our Refund Policy for exceptions and your statutory rights. If you need help cancelling, use /contact.

You retain ownership of your audio. You must own or have permission to upload it and authorize its analysis and review, including any samples, recordings or other rights involved. You grant us a limited license to store, process and play the audio, and display its title, your display name and feedback as needed to provide the review, including on a live stream. Showcase publication and optional video features require separate permission.

Do not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious material, disclose someone else's private information, abuse other users or attempt to bypass security or payment limits. We may remove content or suspend access for misuse, subject to applicable law.

Provide accurate account and contact information and keep your credentials secure. Device-only quick entry may be lost if you clear browser storage. Creating an account does not grant producer access; producer roles are assigned by the site owner.

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free analysis. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and we are not responsible for indirect losses or lost opportunities arising from subjective feedback or outages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
