Privacy Policy

• Account information, including email addresses, display names, account identifiers and sign-in details managed by our authentication provider.
• Uploaded audio, track titles, genres, technical audio measurements and Song DNA analysis.
• Review feedback, producer notes, review status and information you provide when contacting us.
• Payment metadata from Stripe, such as payment and subscription identifiers, amounts, currency, payment status and billing-period information.
• Technical information needed for security and operation, such as browser/device information, error logs and rate-limiting identifiers.

Stripe processes payments. We never store card numbers; card details are submitted to Stripe, not stored by Green Room Analytics.

We use this information to provide accounts, accept and analyze tracks, deliver feedback, manage subscriptions and payments, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and respond to requests. Where AI-assisted critiques are requested, the relevant audio metrics, genre and feedback notes may be sent to an AI provider through AI Gateway to generate that critique.

We do not sell your personal information. We process information as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and maintain security; where required, optional processing relies on your consent.

Submitting for a live-stream review means your audio, track title, display name and review feedback may be played or shown publicly as part of that review. Do not put private information in these fields. Separate Showcase publication requires your consent; private account details, emails and payment information are not intended for public display.

We use Stripe for payment processing and Lovable Cloud and its hosting/database infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, database and file storage. When you request AI features, the applicable AI providers process the information needed for those features. Providers receive only information needed for their services, subject to applicable safeguards and their own privacy terms.

Providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where applicable, transfers are subject to legally required protections.

We use access controls and private storage for uploaded audio, with temporary links where needed. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password and private status links confidential.

Account information, audio and feedback are retained as needed to provide your reviews, reports and account history. Payment records and security logs may be kept longer where required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups until those backups expire; we do not promise a fixed deletion deadline.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your account information, uploaded audio and feedback through our Contact page. We may verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. Public stream recordings or copies made by third parties may be outside our control.

We use browser storage and session cookies to keep you signed in and support necessary features such as submission recovery and like deduplication. Clearing browser storage may remove a device-only quick-entry account.
